CCMHE is an educational institution dedicated for providing state of the art medical education for health care providers including medical and nursing student, graduate and practicing physicians in all specialties by conducting workshops, hands-on training courses and symposia.

The center functions as a non-for-profit organization as a subsidiary of the Advanced Medical Care Center (AMCC) http://www.birhama.com/amcc.htm.

The center offers training opportunities to all local and regional health care providers in both basic and advanced medical sciences.

 

 

Establishment

The center was established in June 2006 in Hama, under the permission of the Syrian department of labor.

 

Mission:

1.      To conduct specialized courses to support the practitioners at the AMCC.

2.      To enhance and spread the basic medical knowledge among the health care providers including the medical and nursing students, graduated and practicing nurses and physicians.

3.      To enhance public medical education about basic life support and disaster management.

4.      To conduct courses on life support, critical care, mechanical ventilation and other vital areas in medicine.

5.      Establishing a medical library to be a resource for medical practitioners in the country.

6.      Providing the infrastructure for distance learning via internet technology with various international medical education centers.
